Personal therapy

We offer a free 15 minute initial phone consultation.  This is to discuss your needs and to answer any questions that you may have about starting therapy.  For self-funding clients, we charge a standard fee of £80 for personal therapy appointments.  ​​Please note that the fee is generally payable in cash at the start of the session.

​We also work with clients whose appointments are funded through private health insurance. Please let us know if you wish to use a health insurance policy to pay for your sessions when you first contact us. These appointments are charged at £110 per session.

Supervision​

We also offer supervision to therapists and psychologists in training at a reduced rate.  Please contact us for further information and to discuss your requirements.  ​
